Agreement to terms

By accessing or using OurBotBuilder.com ("Service," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Account registration

To use the Service, you must:

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OurBotBuilder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
